Meals are freshly prepared daily by quality chefs who understand the intricacies of combining elegant cuisine with the Kosher principles. Menus are often matched up as closely as possible to the rest of the dining room so that the cruise-dining atmosphere prevails. Kashrut supervision is tight onboard our cruises and a resident Rabbi is always on hand to solve any issues that may arise. A synagogue is set up and daily Torah lectures add to the spiritual atmosphere.
